Welcome to the official website of the La Cosa Nostra ultimate frisbee team. We are from High Point, North Carolina. Our lifespan included 3 awesome seasons (2003-2005).

The 2003 club season was LCN's inaugural season. LCN recorded 4 tournament victories in a row during the 2003 season. We won our own FCS tournament by beating Ring in the finals. We traveled to Detroit where we took down the home team (B.A.T.) in the finals and finished the weekend 8-0. We also recorded a win in Chattanooga, TN, and won a one-day tournament in Raleigh (Ragnarok). We enjoyed a 35 game winning streak during this run until we were beat by NJ Pike in the finals of ChopTank (Washington, DC). LCN finished 4th in the mid-Atlantic region in 2003...the top 3 earned a bid to the UPA Club Championships in Sarasota, FL.
